Two of our members, Dr Peter Taylor and Dr Sarah Bath, were speakers at the Society for Endocrinology conference in Glasgow last month. The symposium, “Thyroid in pregnancy” included a presentation from Dr Peter Taylor on “CATS Obstetric and development – implications for thyroid screening in pregnancy” and Dr Sarah Bath spoke on “Iodine supplementation in pregnancy and effect on offspring neurodevelopment”.
